Notice of Special Meeting Called by the Board of Governors for October 24th to Make Decisions About the Harbor
A special meeting will be held on Thursday, October 24th at 2030 (8:30 PM). This meeting will take the place of the regular Thursday meeting, no guests allowed. The topic for this meeting is the Harbor Project.
Agenda Items for this meeting.
Brief reports or announcements on committee items or events at the club.
Report on the Harbor financials. Where we have been, and what is left of the loan amounts that are available to finish the project.
What is the plan to finish the Inner Harbor, electrical, and plumbing, and other outstanding issues.
Discussion of these plans and then motions will be heard and voted on to finalize the plan for the project.
Selection of a “Harbor Project” committee of at least 3 members to make sure the final plan is implemented and completed.
Our contractor begins work again in November and we need to make decisions ASAP.
